take this opportunity to upload pix of stuff you made, and make all us other vegans jealous.
i'm gonna start with a philly cheesesteak sandwich. tofurky philly slices, tofutti vegan mozzarella, fresh bread from ralphs, and lotsa spice. try to beat this!

i had a leftover tibetan burrito. jonathan and i had dinner with one of his friends from college and she made an awesome vegan dinner. i get so worried about letting omnis cook for me, but i was pleasantly surprised! it was like a giant egg roll only in a tortilla and not fried, but a bunch of cabbage and carrots and seitan and spices inside. so fucking good.
here's my middle eastern easter dinner: chickpea cutlets, lemony roasted potatoes and garlicky kale with tahini dressing.

Ok well if Quarrygirl is allowed to cheat with an old one, here's a nice dinner I made from scratch a few nights ago. It's baked tofu in a sweet & spicy chili sauce, with aromatic quinoa and asparagus.
