I agree, I'm kinda over the vegan thai experience. Why can't anyone open up more deliciously diverse vegan places with soul food and american food and ethnic foods?
I'm dreaming back to my Feb trip to Atlanta, GA where I was able to experience a different restaurant and type of vegan food for each meal each day. Vegan soul food brunch...upscale asian dining...raw food...Jamaican lunch...american fare...even a vegan-friendly pizza joint I skipped. We definately need more vegan soul food joints in LA.
We in the vegan community should be able to put a limit on the number of thai places that can open in a year. Let's show the non-vegan world that we have some diversity in our tastebuds!
